From the Twin Cities:
Take I-94 to exit #4 east of the City of Hudson, go north on Hwy 12 (also known as county U) exactly one mile to 4-way stop lights, turn east onto Badlands Rd, go east exactly 2 miles, turn right, going south on Kinney Rd. You will see the snowboard area first. The tubing area is at the top of the hill, turn left into parking and chalet area.
Have fun!

BADLANDS' Snowboard Terrain Park opened in 1997. The park is located north of and separate from the tubing area. Badlands has a variety of runs that will challenge all levels of expertise. The terrain park features numerous jumps, rails, table-tops, and an awesome "big air" run. Two tow-ropes will make riding a non-stop adventure with a minimum of off-board time.

Rookie Ridge is the place to learn and try a small jump. Wavy Gravy offers a long easy run. The terrain area on Hardwood Hill, with its constantly changing array of well-groomed jumps and hits, will provide a new experience every time. Yahoo!, with a huge "big air'" jump, is for experts only. Try the North Slope for sheer speed. Badlands terrain park was built to give boarders plenty of room to do what they do best.

Careen up & down the sno-tubing slopes, pedal around some fabulous gardens, woods and through open fields with such cool views you'll want to slow down to enjoy them. There are a total of 4+ miles of trails.
