Drive to downtown Idaho Falls. There are numerous locations to start the greenbelt. You can start on the east side of the snake river by the temple, or at Freeman Park or you can start on the west side of the falls by the boat ramp or the circle hotel.

This is more a leisure stroll than a strenuous hike. Plenty of photographic opportunities for the budding photographer. The green belt provides great views of the falls in Idaho Falls and the LDS Idaho Falls temple.

The greenbelt is about 5 miles roundtrip. This is a paved pathway in an urban setting. Not much offroading or jumps to be had here, but it is a nice relaxing evening ride.
