Drive North on 89 from Kanab Utah for about 5.6 miles. The tunnels are on the East side of the road.

These aren't true caves. You can't get back far enough where you are unable to see daylight. But they are great little caverns/grottos right by the road that are fun to explore, and family friendly. Just make sure your little ones don't wander too close to the cliffs.
