From Lovell WY, drive East on 14A. You'll turn left to stay on 14A (don't take 14) and go up some switchbacks to Five Springs Picnic Area.

The falls offer a couple of different ice climbing routes which are nice. I don't remember the ratings. I think the main falls on the left is WI5 and the shorter route on the right (in the picture) is a WI4

This is a great little hike to beautiful falls. To get close to the falls, there's some scrambling to do.
