Take Hwy 101 to Morgan Hill.
Get off at the East Dunne offramp.
Turn left.
Drive 13 miles on a winding mountain road to the visitor center.
Start at the visitor center of Henry Coe State Park.

You'll have to hike or bike in to the swimming area / campsite. It's about a 5 mile hike. Mostly smooth hiking, with a few steep areas. Some times of the year are much easier than others. Check in at the VC to find out trail conditions.

Located on a river bed only 5 miles outside of the visitor center. Great water source and secluded camping. This is a popular camping spot and so it will often be taken up. There are more campsites on the Creekside Trail as well.

China hole is the park's most popular swimming hole. It's about 20 feet wide and 7-8 feet deep. There is a small sandy beach.
