Follow the road from Alpine Wy up the Greys River. Turn left on Little Greys road and go to the McCain Guard Station.

Follow the old road to the north. At the end of the road hike over the ridge to the east and down what they call Camilia hill and follow the trail down to the lake.

Very primitive camping. No established camp sites. You can fish in the lake, but bring a backup dinner just in case.

You can ride here on horseback. Plenty of water and weeds for horses after arriving.
