Head on the I-40 to Vernal, follow the main road to Naples, until the big "Welcome to Naples" sign, and veer right. Follow this until you hit Green River, and turn right, right before it onto a road. Follow the road all the way back past the farms, and one or two houses until you hit BLM land, and then find you spot anywhere along the river.
