From Downtown Boise head down Fort St. towards Warm Springs Ave. Take a left on Reserve street a couple streets before Warm springs head up Reserve you'll see a fire station just keep going straight head up the hill keeping to the right you'll go through a neighborhood then come to a fork to the left there is a narrow rd and to the right theres Table Rock rd. Go that way (up Table Rock Rd) and head all the way up the hill. You'll see the cross then you come to another fork left is a house and right takes you up to table rock. During winter they close the gates so you have to hike up they keep them open during summer until 8pm everynight

Its in the foothills so theres lots of places to hike around, you also have to hike partway up when the gate is closed. Not much of a hiking place but its really neat and has some little caves underneath and a great view of Boise
