The campground of Deer Creek State Park is a decent size and some of the campsites are very large and great if you are camping with a large group. The showers are clean and the grounds are well kept. The playgrounds are not the best, but they work. There are well shaded sites as well as some that are more sunny. Some of the sites will flood a bit if it rains so when booking, read the information about the characteristics of the site.
