Swimming is available at Borth Beach. During the summer they have lifeguards on duty. It is best to stay near the life guards. If you get close to Ynyslas, the under currents are not safe.

A long beach at which 5,000 year old fossilised tree stumps can be seen at low tide. Dogs are not allowed on the beach between from May and to the end of September.

Borth Beach is a very popular spot for windsurfing. The water is shallow and very clean.
