Swimming is available at Borth Beach. During the summer they have lifeguards on duty. It is best to stay near the life guards. If you get close to Ynyslas, the under currents are not safe.

Horse riding along the long, linear beach is also a great way to see the dunes and fossilised trees.

Borth Beach is a very popular spot for windsurfing. The water is shallow and very clean.
