Backcountry Secrets Member Agreement

As a member of backcountrysecrets.com ("Site"), you will be given access to share information on the "Site". The following member agreement sets forth the terms of use for sharing information as a member of Backcountry Secrets.

1. Copyrighted Material
   You agree not to post any information to the "Site" that you do not personally own copyright for. This includes, but is not limited to: pictures, location descriptions, and feedback.
2. Location Access
   You agree to only post locations that do not require special permission to access.
3. Profanity & Adult Content
   You agree that you will not use profanity, nor post any adult content anywhere within the "Site". We reserve the right to determine what is classified as profanity and adult content. Rule of thumb: If it cannot be in a G-rated movie, do not post it.
4. Terms of Use
   You agree to the terms of use for the "Site" located at http://www.backcountrysecrets.com/tos.aspx
5. Miscellaneous
   This user agreement is subject to change at any time. In the event of change, changes will be posted here. It is your responsibility to review the member agreement.
