There are number of campsites situated around the lake. At Staley's Springs they have rv parking and also places for tents. Outdoor bathroom facilities are available. Henry's Lake is most famous for it's trout fishing. If you enjoy fishing this is one of the premier spots in Idaho.

The lake is open for all kinds of watercraft with many boat docks all around the lake. It is a high mountain lake so water tempertures are fairly cold. They lake offers a variety of views of the surrounding Centennial Mountains. Fishing is best from a boat.

There are many scenic areas around Henry's Lake. There are a number of trails around the lake as well as in the National Forest surrounding the Lake. Hikes may range from novice to difficult. Area is also good to view wildlife.
