Big Smoky Falls Rafting (715-799-3359) located at the take-out. They are generally available from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Permits are also sometimes available at Shotgun Eddy Campground and Rafting (715-882-4461).

THIS PLACE HAD THE WORST "SECURITY" EVER! MANY CARS WINDOWS WERE BROKEN INTO AND EVERYTHING STOLEN! THE SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE! THEY REFUSED TO GIVE REFUNDS LEAVING US STRANDED WITH NO MONEY, NO GAS AND NO PHONES! THEY EVEN LEFT MY PREGNANT SISTER SITTING WITH NO WHERE TO GO! HORRIBLE SERVICE DANGEROUS RAFTING! WHEN WE FINALLY GOT MY BROTHER IN-LAW TO THE HOSPITAL AFTER THE COPS CAME, BECAUSE HIS ARM GOT INJURED ON A FALL, WE HEARD THAT 2 PEOPLE HAD DIED THERE IN THE PAST TWO WEEKS! DO NOT, DO NOT GO! WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!
