This is a small single loop with a spur above the South Fork of Payette River. The camp sites do not overlook the river. The spur ends at the access trail to the hot springs, below. The camp sites are close together and offer no privacy. A couple camp sites have ramadas, but in general, this is a very open and sunny campground. The best part of this campground is the numerous hot springs flowing from the hillsides. Some of these hot springs cascade over rock cliffs into the river.

There is a campground fee. 15 total campsites. All campsites have grill and tables. There are no hookups for RV's. No waste station. No flushing toilets, no showers.

Good fishing in the area. The Lowman Nature Ponds are 8.5 miles east of the campground on Hwy 21 and is a good day trip. The ponds provide great fishing opportunities for children.
