From I-15, take the American Fork Main street and head East. The road splits into Main Street on the Left, and State Street on the right. Stay on State Street. Turn left 200 South and it will take you to the trail head.

Not really a canyoneering route, but a good place for practicing swift water rappelling for canyoning. The falls are probably around 50 feet, with a trail that goes around to the top. Good place to rappel down and practice some skills. There are two flows, the left one being the fullest.

A great, steep trail past some great waterfalls. It eventually connects up with a trail that goes along the base of Timpanogas. This would combine well with Grove Creek for a semi-loop hike.
