Fall Creek Falls Idaho

Fall Creek Falls Idaho is a waterfall that falls in to the Snake River a few miles below Palisades. It is in a very beautiful setting overlooking the valley and a great place to bring a camera.

Water falls from Fall Creek. Wading and swimming below the falls in a small outlet on the south side of the river. Great place to stop with boats if you are floating the river starting at the dam.

As with all river swimming, be careful and stay close to the falls. If you get out too far, the river is swift. I recommend swimming with life jackets in this area.

I remember canoeing to this when I was in Boy Scouts. We were able to climb around on the waterfall a bit and there was a "cave". Very cool place.
