In Austin take Lamar Blvd to Barton Springs Road.
Turn west on Barton Springs road.
Turn on Robert E Lee rd and go up the hill. The parking area is near some ball fields.
There is a fee to park.

Nice cool swim. The water stays right in the high 60's year round. This can be a very crowded swimming hole on summer weekends and will occasionaly close due to bugs or something in the water. There is a small fee to swim here.

This is a more developed swimming hole with some diving boards and ladders to climb in and out. The bottom of Barton Springs is gravel.

There are no points within 15 miles of this point.
