The total length of trails is 10 miles. Elevation is change is small, at trailhead 3180' to highest 3400'. This area is a series of loop trails. The 1.8 Tiger loop follows the southern and eastern shores of the lake. The 4.8 coyote trail is reccomended to travel clockwise because of the steepness. The 2.8 Lake Leo trail, and the 1.7 Lions tail trail are shorter trails. There is a picnic area and warming cabin near the lake. The cabin is open all year for day use only.
